Art Pepper's third album on the Contemporary Records label, "Gettin' Together", was released in 1960. The album contains a selection of standards and original compositions and is accompanied by Conte Candoli (trumpet), Wynton Kelly (piano), Paul Chambers (bass) and Jimmy Cobb (drums). This reissue, released as part of the Acoustic Sounds Series, features (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes by Bernie Grundman and has been pressed on 180-gram vinyl at QRP and presented in a tip-on jacket.
